Ordering Payment and Delivery and Returns Policy

 

Ordering

 

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur we cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

 

You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone please call us on the numbers shown on our contacts page.

 

Any applicable carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order, if any additional carriage charges apply we will contact you prior to your order being despatched and you will have the option to accept any additional charges or cancel your order.

 

Payment

 

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering in Pounds Sterling.

 

We use a third party secure payment facility for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or PayPal.

 

Promotional prices or special offer codes only apply during the period stated or to the groups applicable.

 

All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include any taxes at the current rate.

 

Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

 

 

Delivery

 

All orders are delivered free to the UK mainland only on an economy service. Please contact us for pricing for any special delivery arrangements or urgent orders. Unfortunately we do not offer free delivery to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, please contact us for quotation for delivery to these locations.

 

We will only despatch orders to the address registered with your method of payment or Paypal registered address. Please ensure your address is correct.

 

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow extra working days.

 

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

 

Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

 

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

All delivery dates quoted are given in good faith. We do not accept any liability which may result from the late delivery or failed delivery of goods.

 

All small orders are sent out via royal mail small packet service, if your order is over £15.00 it will be sent out via a courier service which may require a signature,

 

Each order will be attempted to be delivered twice. Any orders returned to us may incur an extra cost for re-delivery or an administration charge to cancel a returned order.

 

 

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

 

In the event your order does not arrive you must contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. For incomplete or damaged orders please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged please send us photographic evidence. For incomplete orders we will send any missing items on the next available shipping date.

 

Any incorrect items received should be returned to us and any delivery charges will be refunded back to you. Contact us to confirm the return.

 

Returns Policy-Returning Goods

 

The 'Consumer Contract Regulations' regulations replaced the 'Distance Selling Regulations' in June 2014. The company abides by these regulations but they do not form part of our terms and conditions or the contract of sale.

 

You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them including manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but you must not have used or installed them or input any data on them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them. DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software packaging discs must still be sealed.

In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of a digital download, the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

If you consent to a digital download starting within the 14 day cancellation period and acknowledge the right to cancel will be lost, you will not be able to request a refund.

 

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.

 

To arrange a return you must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.

 

The returns process will take approximately 5 working days once the goods have been received at our premises.

 

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

 

If you return a product without a RA or proof of purchase

There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services

The seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software.

If the silver strip on the back of your Software Product Activation Key card has been partially or completely damaged or removed

or if the goods were a special order to your specification

 

We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by the customer, unless returning due to a fault.

 

Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel an order or part of an order please contact us immediately. If an order has not been despatched we will cancel or amend your order as requested. Any refunds will be processed within 5 working days. If your order has been despatched please follow our Returns Policy

 

 

Export restrictions

 

At present we only send goods within the UK. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact us with your requirements.
